We choose our roasters based on a number of factors. We want to give you the best experience the European specialty coffee scene has to offer. Therefore, we try to vary our box monthly by choosing a different coffee roaster. We also always go with what we think tastes brilliant. To achieve this we liaise carefully with our roasters, understand the seasonality of their coffee roasting schedules and wrap it all up with an exhaustive coffee testing regime to finalise selection.

We don’t specify roast profiles in the coffees, however based on your drinking taste, we will make sure you always receive coffee that speaks to your soul for you to enjoy .The key for us is to ensure you keep receiving a diverse range of coffees to discover and enjoy.

Also keep in mind that if there is a coffee you especially like, you can tell us and we will make sure you have it as often as you like.

The box we will send to you will contain 2 bags of 250g, that means each bag will make around 13 cups of espresso coffee, depending on whether or not you like to have a double shot. (We calculated with an 18gr dose) or if you are a filter lover, between 65g-70g of grind coffee for 1L of filter.

This a guideline, so from this, you can work out how often you need your coffee supply. If for example,you’re having more than one cup a day, we definitely suggest that you go for one box fornightly. 

Well, we prefer to sell wholebean, but you can find ground on the website. 

We are passionate that you always get the best possible experience of the coffee that has been meticulously grown, picked and roasted.  Without doubt, this means whole bean coffee and grinding your beans just before you make your coffee.

We do have an entry level grinder available to purchase on the site and if you'd like any grinder advice, please get in touch. We are here to help.

The charge date for orders each month is the 15th. We aim to ship as soon after this date as we can once all the coffee has been freshly roasted and delivered to us. Once we have shipped the subscriptions, you will receive an email confirming dispatch.

If you order between the 16th and the last day of the month we will send a box straight out to you as long as we still have stock of the coffee which means early days of the next month. If you order after the 1st of the month till 15th we will ship your box on the 18th.

We want your coffee subscription to fit your lifestyle, not the other way around. When you choose a subscription, you’re essentially just committing to the first shipment. From there, you have the flexibility to change your coffee plan or shipment frequency at any time, as well as easily pause or cancel your subscription by sending us an email to hello@beansyourway.com

We are always sending an email before the coffee is shipped so you can update your preferences or skip the shipment if you need to.

Monthly Subscription:

If you purchase a monthly subscription, you will be charged for your first month’s subscription on the same day that you submit your order. For each month thereafter, your card will be charged automatically on/around the same date that you submit your first order. For example, if you purchase your subscription on the 9th, your card will be charged on the 9th of each month until you decide one day, perhaps, to cancel your subscription.  

Well, it really is a personal preference. Our Single Origin Assortment plan "The Maverick" is our most popular subscription. With a new single origin coffee every month, our adventurous drinkers can travel the world through coffee. If you like your coffee to be warmer with a classic taste, we recommend our plan "The Aesthete" that features a single origin and a blend chosen to suits your taste.

Whatever you choose, just remember, after your first shipment you have full flexibility to change the plan anytime.

The majority of the coffee roasters we select roast coffee which is certified organic. When they need to make exceptions—such as a single origin from a region where organic certification is not yet feasible—they turn to suppliers with a legacy of environmental stewardship and high traceability. They often source from a select group of producers they have worked with for many years. They build lasting relationships and pay a premium for coffee of quality. Their prices are at least equivalent to Fair Trade prices and in most cases much higher.
